Approximately a week before the termination of your contract, we will send you pre-departure information containing important information regarding your departure, including where to place the keys.

You must leave the apartment no later than 12.00 on your departure day. The depature date can either be the 14th, the 30th or the 31st in a month.

When we have checked the apartment and everything is hopefully okay, we will ask Newsec to transfer your deposit.
