We are pleased that you have chosen to stay in an accommodation provided by CBS Academic Housing.

Around 2 weeks before your arrival date, you will receive the contract by email from Newsec. Please sign the contract (e-signature) and return it to them.

Please note that we only rent our apartments and rooms for minimum one month and rental can begin the 1st or the 15th in a month.

Please also be aware that you cannot get the key to your apartment or room, if you have not signed the contract and paid the first month's rent including your deposit.

About a week before your arrival, we will send you further information re. housing rules, wifi, the key (will be placed in a key box) etc.
